Welcome

In her poem “The Summer Day,” the brilliant writer Mary Oliver penned the line “Tell me, what is it that you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

I’ve always considered that question as an invitation to us – to explore, to question, to reconsider, to embrace all the possibilities! Sometimes, we get stuck in old ways of doing things.  Maybe there were good reasons for those ways – but now it’s time to stop and examine our story.

If you’re here, reading these words, maybe you’d like to go a little deeper with your life. Keep what’s working and take a hard look at what’s not.  Your primary relationship? Unresolved trauma? Career issues? Friendships? Coping strategies that need updating? Chronic health issues? The grieving process?

Whatever needs addressing and whatever you need support with, we can take a look together. I really do care about your “precious life” – and will support you while you review, refresh, update, and optimize all of your choices.
